Letters of Recommendation
Recommendation letters for university exchange programs and scholarship foundations will be provided for students with a grade point average of 1.7 or better. Moreover, students must have finished at least one course offered by the department in the respective bachelor or master program.
Recommendation letters for master programs or PhD applications will be provided for students with a grade point average of 1.4 or better. Moreover, students must have finished at least one course offered by the department in the respective master program.
The following documents are necessary:
- Academic transcripts
- Curriculum vitae
- Additional certificates, e.g., university-entrance diploma, internships, Bachelor’s and/or Master’s certificate (if applicable)
- Letter of motivation
- Any additional information about internships/volunteering
In receiving a letter of recommendation from the department, students commit themselves to informing the department about the decision made by the respective university or foundation.
Students should expect the department to complete recommendation letters within three weeks.
