20th European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference
Theresa Bernhard and Christina Heidemann participated in the 20th European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference which was held digitally for the very first time from 4 – 6 December.
Theresa presented her recent paper “Reputation shifts in international assignments”. Christina presented the article “The influence of intercultural simulations on participants’ behavioral choices” which she developed in a joint research project together with Prof. Mikael Søndergaard from Arhuus University.
Both research associates also took the opportunity to participate in various paper presentation sessions and panels on relevant topics, such as the development of global mobility and culturally sensitive research.
